Educational background: Dr. Holt attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed his residency training at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. He received his medical license in 1978 and is Board Certified in pediatrics. He’s been practicing in Lewisville since 1979.

History with MD Pediatrics: Dr. Holt established MD Pediatric Associates with Dr. Kincaid in 1991. He sees patients in Lewisville/Coppell.

Fun facts: Dr. Holt is an avid runner and Stars fan.  He and his beloved dog, Buffy, are Lewisville residents.  In May, 2010, Dr. Holt received the Lewisville-Area Masonic Lodge Community Builder Award, for his thirty years of contributions to children.
