Billing Questions

If you have questions about your bill, please log into Patient Link, our secure online portal. After you’ve set up an account, go to the My Patient Page, click Quick Links and then Ask the Billing Office to securely submit your questions.

Alternatively call 972-420-1475, option 4, to leave a message for a return call from the Billing Department.
